Randy Carter founded Nature Experience
Tours in 1999. Randy has a diploma in Environmental Science and a BSc in
Biology. Having studied nature and wilderness survival skills for over
20 years he now dedicates his life to helping people appreciate the
natural world. With a strong interest in edible wild plants, he is
currently working on a book on the edible and useful wild plants of
Vancouver Island.
Nature Experience Tours aims to make you feel at home in the Great Outdoors while exploring Vancouver Island. You will feel comfortable in familiar surroundings by learning about the plants and animals around us. You will feel safe in the knowledge that you can take care of yourself and your group if lost or forced to spend a night or more in the bush. |
